MCP server

Add HoodGrow to your AI assistant

HoodGrow runs a hosted Model Context Protocol server, so any MCP client — Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and others — can read Robinhood Chain stock-token data as tools. Every tool is read-only. Paste the URL and ask: get_catalog — every listed token with live price, 24h change and adjusted supply — answers with no key and no signup. The per-symbol tools ask for a free API key or an x402 payment on the first call.

Claude Code (CLI)
claude mcp add --transport http hoodgrow https://www.hoodgrow.com/api/mcp
Claude Desktop / mcp.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "hoodgrow": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://www.hoodgrow.com/api/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Then ask: “What's the adjusted supply and 24h volume for NVDA on Robinhood Chain?” · Full tool reference in the API docs.

The tools
Ten read-only tools over verified on-chain and DeFi data.
get_catalogEvery token: price, adjusted supply, DeFi depth, corporate actions.
get_tokenOne token by symbol — the same fields, scoped.
get_corporate_actionsPending & recent splits, dividends, name changes.
get_defiEvery Morpho market and Uniswap V3 pool for a token.
get_holdersHolder-count trend, 24h supply change, top-holder concentration.
get_slippagePrice impact of a USD-sized trade, per pool.
get_ohlcOHLC price candles for backtesting, with swap volume.
get_marketsTop gainers/losers, highest volume, deepest liquidity.
get_tradesRecent large (whale) trades, newest first.
get_base_tokensBase mainnet B20 native-equity-token registry.
Three ways to connect

Hosted (no key) — the copy-paste config above. Read-only and IP-rate-limited. The catalog answers anonymously and unmetered; the per-symbol tools ask for a key or a payment. Best for trying it and for most assistant use.

npm package npx hoodgrow-mcp runs the server locally with your own free API key (higher limit) or x402 pay-per-call. See hoodgrow-mcp.

Official registry — listed in the MCP registry as io.github.MeMikko/hoodgrow-mcp, so registry-aware clients can discover it directly.

Building against the raw API instead? Read the API docs or grab an API key.
